Online Shopping
We have taken care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. The images you see will depend on your monitor’s display and color capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.

Our primary method of communication with you is by email. Therefore, please ensure the email address you provide us with is correct. All order and dispatch confirmations will be sent to the email address you provide.
In the unlikely event of a problem with your order, we may also contact you by telephone. Again, please ensure the contact telephone numbers you provide are accurate to avoid any unnecessary delays to your order.

Once you have completed an online purchase, we will send you an email confirming your order details. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email notification including relevant tracking or reference details. You may also be contacted by Royal Mail about your delivery.
These emails may occasionally go to spam or promotion folders or be rejected by email providers depending on individual email account filtering. Please check spam or promotion folders for your notifications and be aware that rejection of our automated system notifications is outside our control.
When your order is placed, the funds for your order will be paid in full or as per any agreement you make with Klarna. Goods will not be dispatched until payment collection or approval by Klarna has been successful.
Whilst we are under no obligation to accept your order, we would normally do so where:

(I) the product is available
(ii) the order reflects current pricing
(iii) your credit card/debit card payment is approved by your credit card/debit card company and
(iiii) your order passes our verification checks
Orders placed using a debit/credit card must be based within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not accept non-UK credit or debit cards.
All products and/or services displayed on this website are subject to availability. On occasion an item may sell moments before or at the same time in one of our stores before our automated stock update can be completed online. There may also be occasional stock errors or issues identified with item quality when an order is being prepared.
If a product is unavailable when we come to dispatch your order, we will contact you by email to advise you and discuss alternatives or provide a refund.
Prices of products may change from time to time. We confirm availability and price at the time your order is placed.

Tracking Orders
If you have selected a delivery option, you will be provided with Royal Mail tracking or reference information. Once Royal Mail has taken your package, it is up to Royal Mail and any delivery partners to fulfill their service obligations. Laraib Jewellers Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delays once Royal Mail has your order.
If your order has not been received within the expected times (see your dispatch note for confirmation of this) then please contact us.

Expected Arrival of Deliveries
All orders received online at Laraib Jewellers Ltd are processed and, depending on stock availability, are dispatched as promptly as possible and normally delivered in line with the timeframes stated in our Delivery and Returns information. Please refer to this page for further information.
Where any products have a longer delivery time, our customer experience team will contact you by email to confirm the approximate date of dispatch.

Delivery Address
All deliveries will be made to you at the addresses specified by you in the order. We may, at our discretion and expense, deliver parts of your order separately.
If Royal Mail cannot deliver the products to you at the address you have specified and return them to us as undeliverable, we will notify you within 7 days. If you wish us to redeliver the products to you, you may need to authorize us to charge your credit card/debit card for such re-delivery.
If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will cancel the order and refund your payment to you less any reasonable delivery charges we have incurred.

A signature may be required to receive the order and you will be responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered. Ownership of the products shall pass to you once we have received payment in full.

If you decide to have your order delivered to a different address than your own, a signature may still be required, and the general conditions of delivery will remain unchanged.

Lost Packages
Even though packages are sent via secure mail, on rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit. Please get in touch with our customer experience team if you think this may be the case with your order.

Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 30 days, an insurance claim cannot be made and thus the customer will be unable to claim any loss from Laraib Jewellers Ltd.

Validation Checks
All credit, debit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by PayPal who processes all credit and debit card transactions or PayPal account payments. If PayPal or the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

In addition, in the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, we may validate the names, addresses and other information supplied during the order process against commercially available records (e.g Electoral Roll data, Credit Reference Services). A third party may also be instructed to complete these checks.
By ordering from the Laraib Jewellers Ltd website, you consent to such checks being made. We may need to contact you by telephone or email to verify details before we are able to process and dispatch your order, or we may be unable to accept your order. Gift Vouchers
You may purchase either an Evoucher for use on our website except using Collect in Store on our website, and physical gift vouchers cannot be used online.
Gift voucher products will state in the product information where it can be used.
Our gift vouchers have a one-year expiry date. The vouchers cannot be used retrospectively to pay for orders already purchased.

Prices and Charges
We try to ensure that all product information and pricing displayed on this website is correct and up to date at the time you place an order. We verify pricing at dispatch and in the event of an error the following policies will apply:
Actual price higher than price shown at time of ordering – we will either contact you to discuss whether you wish to continue with the order or cancel the order and send you an email confirming the cancellation.
All prices shown on the website are included VAT.

4. Delivery is subject to stock/size availability and usually within 1-5 working days in line with our available delivery options.
6. Sale items refer to items where the price for sale on our website is lower than the supplier’s Recommended Retail Price (RRP)

Sale Items
All sale items displayed have been on sale at a higher price for at least 28 consecutive days within the last 6 months; on the we Laraib Jewellers Ltd site. An exception applies to permanently reduced or end of line items where a discount has been applied on the supplier’s Recommended Retail Price (RRP).

Any items sold on the Laraib Jewellers Ltd website at discounted prices. The sale online is an offer only available online. This does not affect your statutory rights.

At Laraib Jewellers Ltd we do not offer a gift-wrapping service for an additional price. However, all products will arrive inside the official Jewellery packaging for the brand. This may be a Jewellery box or pouch, with or without a gift bag.
Those that are gift wrapped will be hand wrapped in our luxury wrapping paper ribbon. This service may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

We confirm availability and price at the time your order is placed. If a product is unavailable when we come to dispatch your order, we will contact you either by phone or email.
