RETURNS and refund POLICY

Laraib Jewellers Ltd offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. If all or part of your order is to be returned to us, please ensure each item is unused and complete with all tags attached where tags were included.
RETURNS
Returned jewellery must be unworn and not modified or altered. Removing the attached tag or wearing the jewellery is your acceptance of the item. Items that have been engraved, inscribed, or otherwise altered cannot be returned under our policy. Please note that any items resized by Laraib Jewellers Ltd upon request are a custom order and are therefore non-returnable.
An exchange, replacement or repair can take up to 30 calendar days from the day we receive your item. We will be in contact within this time to let you know when your jewellery has been dispatched.

REPLACEMENT
In the unlikely event that there is a defect with your jewellery when you receive it, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

REFUND
If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like a full refund under our Money Back Guarantee.

We will issue a full refund to the credit/debit card used for the original purchase of the item(s). There will be no restocking fee. Any free promotional items must also be returned unworn if the accompanying item is to be returned for a refund. A refund cannot be granted on an item that has been agreed for an exchange under special circumstances (e.g. without tags). In this case, another exchange may be available.

RESIZING
Mistakes happen and buying jewellery that fits is not always straightforward. If you order an incorrect size, we would be happy to exchange the item for you.
As soon as we receive your returned item, we will begin to process the exchange and keep you informed each step of the way. Please make sure you read all the product information to determine whether you have the correct size before trying the jewellery on. If an item has been worn or shows signs that the item has been used, then it may not be possible refund or exchange.
RETURN POSTAGE
Goods which are not damaged or faulty and are returned to us in resalable condition must be returned at your expense. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit, and therefore we recommend using an insured postal service (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery) or courier. It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive with us.
If the item to be returned has a defect or is damaged on arrival, and is being returned for a replacement item, we will cover the postage costs by way of an immediate refund to the credit/debit card or PayPal account used for purchase.
STANDARD RETURNS POLICY

Non-Faulty Items
Cancellation Rights: If you change your mind about a purchase you have made through our website or by phone or through our Pay by Link, you have the right to cancel the purchase at any time up to 30 days from the day after the item was delivered to you. If the item is unused, in its original packaging when returned to us and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, we will offer a full refund of the purchase price and any outbound delivery costs that have been charged at the standard rate. The costs of any non-standard delivery charges will not be refunded, and you will have to pay the costs of returning the item to us. We are also happy to exchange your item within 30 days from the date of dispatch. If you choose to exchange your item outside of the 30-day refund period, a refund will not be offered for the exchanged item unless the product is faulty.
Exclusions: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of earrings or cleaning products if the tamper proof packaging has been opened. This is for hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty items. We cannot accept items that have been made by request or made to specification or engraved or personalized or altered but this does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty items.
Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply if the returned item has faults or damage caused by accident, neglect, or misuse whilst in your possession or during the return to us.
Please Note: When processing your return, we may need to speak with you before we are able to complete the process. If we are unable to contact you within 14 days of receiving your item(s), we will return it to the delivery address linked to the order.
Faulty Items
You have statutory rights in relation to any goods you purchase from us that are either not of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose or as described at the time of purchase through our website, within 30 days of purchase/delivery you have the right to a refund.
After the 30-days period, where repair or replacement is not possible, or the repair or replacement does not resolve the fault, you are entitled to a refund.
After 30 days of delivery/purchase, similar rights exist, but only if you can prove that the fault was present at the point of delivery/purchase. In addition, if repair or replacement does not resolve the fault, we may make a deduction from any refund for fair use you have made of the item.
