We’re happy to deliver internationally, but please understand that international deliveries come with additional shipping costs and time. It will usually take an extra 2-3 working days for our products to arrive than the estimated delivery stated on the product page.
You can return or cancel your order within 30 days of purchase without having to give a reason. Also, in accordance with our terms and conditions, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item as long as there are no signs of damage.
Contact us immediately if your product arrives damaged. We’ll always do a free repair if we’ve sent a faulty product. We can also repair an item you’ve damaged but will charge a fee for this. We strongly suggest you don’t repair or modify an item purchased with us outside of our company
We can engrave both rings and wedding rings for free. However, this service might not be possible with thinner rings. If you’re interested in this service, make sure you clearly designate what you would like to be engraved and where when purchasing the item.
